About Us
Mirella Capellupo Siwik was admitted to the bar in 1992 and is licensed to practice law in state and federal court in Illinois. She received her law degree at IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law in 1992 and her undergraduate degree from Loyola University in 1989. She is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. She is an Arbitrator in the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration program and has served as Chair Arbitrator. Her practice is primarily concentrated in Plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, dog bites, construction accidents, boating
accidents and workers’ compensation. She has tried several personal injury cases to verdict in various counties against insurance companies and municipalities. She has also litigated and arbitrated numerous uninsured and underinsured motorist cases. Her practice has also included litigation directly
involving insurance coverage issues.
